Ventures
I do not just advise. I build and operate. Two companies are mine today, end to end, and I founded and led a federal cloud provider before them.
Open Edge Cloud
Open Edge Cloud is managed OpenStack with FIPS 140-3 validation on United States infrastructure. I founded it in 2024. It runs out of Iron Mountain in Virginia, with a second region landing in 2026. It is enterprise-grade cloud without hyperscaler lock-in, built for teams that need control, compliance, and predictable cost.
Joscor
Joscor is my independent cloud consulting practice, founded in 2013 and scaled past $1M in annual recurring revenue. I deliver architecture reviews, production platform builds on OpenStack, OpenShift, and Kubernetes, SaaS scale-up work, and fractional cloud-architect retainers for SaaS companies, enterprises, and the public sector.
ORock Technologies
Before these, I was CTO of ORock Technologies from 2021 to 2025, a hybrid cloud provider certified by FedRAMP and the Department of Defense. I built the FedRAMP High and IL4 environment that hosted the US Army’s DRUID DevSecOps program. ORock is where I learned to run compliant cloud at scale and to sit across the table from investors and diligence teams.
