How it works
We start with a short scoping conversation to define what you actually need and how much of it. Engagements run on a monthly retainer sized to that scope. No long ramp, no full-time cost, and a clear exit when the need is met.
Note: this is distinct from my build-for-equity program. Advisory is a cash retainer with bounded scope; the equity program is a hands-on production build where I take an early product to production-grade as a co-investor.
